Cambridge City Council - Council magazine packaging and posting

The Resident Involvement team within Cambridge City Council's Housing Service are seeking a supplier to package and post the magazine for our residents. Our 'Open Door' magazine is printed three times a year and is sent to all our Cambridge City Council tenants and leaseholders, it contains the latest news and information from the Housing Service and publicises community events and opportunities to get involved. Each edition is sent to around 7,500 addresses and will usually include 16 colour pages in A4 size. The content and design of the magazine is completed by the Resident Involvement team, and is then sent to a supplier to print. This contract would cover receiving printed copies of our magazine, then packaging them in recycled materials, addressing them and posting to our residents on behalf of the Resident Involvement team.
