Playing Card Finishing Equipment

St Austell Printing Company are seeking to award a contract for the provision of specialist playing card finishing equipment as per the following specification; - The machine is required to slit flat B2 or SRA2 sheets in two directions, cut down into single cards, collate cards in order and ram punch the pack to provide “casino" quality finished cards. - The machine must include the capability for in line cellophane wrapping of card packs, including a tear off slip. - High speeds are required of 2000 packs per hour with perfect registration. - The machine must have the option for sheet registration and sheet input and deck output validation technology. - The equipment must provide these operations in one, requiring one operator. - Installation, testing and staff training to be included as part of the service and maintenance programme within the Tender submission.
