Integrated Community Equipment - Soft Market Test

Sheffield City Council is looking to carry out a Soft Market Test (SMT) at an early stage in the development of proposals for the new Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES). The SMT is being carried out to help inform the options appraisal and recommendations for future delivery of the ICES and in particular how we can better manage demand and create a more sustainable service.
