Somerset County Council Apprenticeship Services

Somerset County Council is committed to recruiting more apprentices over the next three years and is seeking to appoint a number of providers to a framework for apprenticeship training, capable of meeting the needs of the Council's new recruits and existing staff employed on apprenticeship contracts. The Council is seeking responsive providers that can consistently meet the standards required. The Apprenticeships, to be provided via this procurement exercise, are funded via the Council's Apprenticeship Levy, a proportion of which has been committed as match-funding in a bid to the European Social Fund (ESF) Programme to deliver the Somerset Skills for Growth Project.
