Minerva Academy Temporary Accommodation

The Education Funding Agency requires a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a full strip out and refurbishment of an existing building for change of use under a lump sum package. The works packages will include but are not limited to design co-ordination, site preparation, applications to statutory services, strip out of surplus services, supply & installation of FF&E and decant of existing FF&E. The scheme will ultimately provide teaching accommodation for 105 Minerva Academy pupils from 03 April 2017 onwards.
