Description
Principles of service delivery The Environmental Enforcement Service will sit within a wider council civil enforcement system. The system is built on the principles of Engage, Educate, Enforce to deliver sustained behaviour change, continuous improvements and an excellent service to residents. Aims and objectives of service The overarching aim is for the Environmental Enforcement Service to undertake high profile foot patrols enforcing against offences such as littering, dog fouling, fly tipping and to issue fixed penalty notices to individuals observed as committing such offences.
