Homes England - Affordable Home Ownership

Homes England is investigating what, if any, service it could offer commencing in April 2023. Homes England will be carrying out a pre-tender market engagement exercise to during March/April 2022. The Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) is not a call to competition. The purpose of this PIN is to invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the services and our requirements. This market testing exercise consists of a questionnaire and, at the discretion of Homes England, may also include one or more bidder days at which feedback may be provided on a face-to-face basis.
