Description
Surrey County Council and East Sussex County Council launched a shared service partnership ("Orbis") in April 2015 for the delivery of integrated HR, Property, ICT, Finance and Procurement services to both County Councils. It is expected that Orbis will continue to grow over the next few years with a focus on achieving its aims of being the 'Compelling Alternative' - delivering improved services whilst realising necessary cost efficiencies for all partners. Through this tender opportunity, Surrey County Council (The "Council") is seeking to select and appoint a suitable Supplier for the provision of office stationery to Orbis partners and other potential organisations (The "Customers") who may wish to request the provision of goods under this Framework Agreement, at their discretion.
