Description
The Office for National Statistics (the Contracting Authority) requires support to conduct a Discovery phase on the key way forward across the areas below in order to help understand the scale of support the Programme requires to move forward successfully: • Service Integration and Live Operations Management • Service Design • Stock and Flow model • MI / BI solution • Information Exchange The Discovery phase will: • Build clarity of current progress achieved across the five core areas of focus • Develop a clear view of where the Programmes needs to be in these areas • Identify gaps in design and capability and assess criticality • Escalate to the programme executive and propose solutions to deliver these successfully Outputs: • Specification - "what needs to be produced" across the elements above • Plan - "key activities and milestones" for Design & Delivery • Gap analysis - "what is missing", insights across scope, skills/capabilities and timeline
