Description

The Commission has published a range of analysis of equality data, aimed to inform our equality and human rights measurement framework or specific policy initiatives. In October 2015, we published a report entitled 'Is Britain Fairer?' (IBF), which reviewed progress towards greater equality and human rights protection in Britain. The report was based on ten evidence papers that drew on analysis of survey and administrative data as well as qualitative sources. The analysis examined differences between sub-groups with protected characteristics, change over time, and in England, Scotland and Wales. The resulting data tables are available for the ten domains. The current project will provide analysis of a range of data which will, together with other evidence, inform a Disability Report to be published later in 2016.
