However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Rochford District Council (RDC) are looking for a new Housing Options IT system. Due to the new Homelessness Reduction Act, we will require the new system to support this Act, to meet the new statutory homeless duties including all necessary government returns, this requires the system to be in situ and working fully by 1st April 2018, time is of the essence.
