Ceredigion County Council oversees a range of cultural heritage and information services that play a vital role in preserving, interpreting and sharing the county’s history and knowledge. This project brings together:
• Ceredigion Archives
• Ceredigion Museum
• Ceredigion Libraries Service
Each service currently maintains its own web presence or section. While these sites contain a wealth of valuable information, services, and resources, they have evolved separately over time and would benefit from a coordinated review to ensure clarity, accessibility and effectiveness for users.
This request for quotation invites proposals for a structured website review that will provide clear, practical recommendations for improving user experience and effectiveness across the three services, while respecting their distinct identities under the umbrella of Ceredigion County Council. The successful contractor will use the results of the evaluation to propose a costed action plan.
This notice is issued to invite suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of these services.

The deadline for submission of quotations is 12:00pm on 19 June 2026.
Early submissions are welcomed, late submission will not be accepted.
Suppliers who may also be interested in submitting a quotation for the related project titled “Ceredigion Cultural Heritage and Information Services Website Review and Development Project – Consultant Review” should refer to the separate notice and submit a separate email for that project.
Adolygiad ac Datblygiad Gwefan Gwasanaethau Treftadaeth Ddiwylliannol a Gwybodaeth Ceredigion – Adolygiad technegol
Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn goruchwylio amrywiaeth o wasanaethau treftadaeth ddiwylliannol a gwybodaeth sy’n chwarae rôl hanfodol wrth ddiogelu, dehongli a rhannu hanes a gwybodaeth y sir. Mae’r prosiect hwn yn dod ynghyd:
• Archifau Ceredigion
• Amgueddfa Ceredigion
• Gwasanaeth Llyfrgelloedd Ceredigion
Mae pob gwasanaeth ar hyn o bryd yn cynnal ei bresenoldeb gwe neu ei adran ei hun. Er bod y gwefannau hyn yn cynnwys cyfoeth o wybodaeth, gwasanaethau ac adnoddau gwerthfawr, maent wedi datblygu ar wahân dros amser a byddent yn elwa o adolygiad cydgysylltiedig i sicrhau eglurder, hygyrchedd ac effeithiolrwydd i ddefnyddwyr.
Mae’r cais hwn am ddyfynbris yn gwahodd cynigion ar gyfer adolygiad strwythuredig o’r gwefannau a fydd yn darparu argymhellion clir ac ymarferol i wella profiad defnyddwyr ac effeithiolrwydd ar draws y tri gwasanaeth, gan barchu eu hunaniaethau penodol o fewn ymbarél Cyngor Sir Ceredigion. Bydd y contractwr llwyddiannus yn defnyddio canlyniadau’r gwerthusiad i lunio cynllun gweithredu wedi’i gostio.
Cyhoeddir yr hysbysiad hwn i wahodd cyflenwyr i gyflwyno dyfynbris ar gyfer darparu’r gwasanaethau hyn.
