Description

Modification Notice Original description: This contract will support SLC in the development of our new Target Operating Model, developing a number of design options, that will underpin our organisational wide transformation programme, Enable. The aim of the programme is to create a Simpler, Modern, Digital Student Loans Company delivering better outcomes for all and be recognised as an exemplar of Public Service Excellence. Description of the modifications The contract will be extended for 3 months and the value increased to cove additional work to maintain momentum and maximise value. SLC has identified potential areas of continued support, while the "Transform the Organisation Programme" (TtOP) team is established. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: This is a continuation of work already carried out by the same provider, it is an integral part of a wider strategic project. To change contractor now would be to the detriment of the progress already achieved.
