Participation in this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice gives suppliers early visibility of the potential opportunity and the chance to provide insight on available solutions, delivery models and market capability.
The feedback received will help LCCC understand the options, functionality, risks and innovations currently available in the market. This will inform the development of any future procurement strategy and scope of requirements, without committing LCCC or a supplier to a fixed solution, delivery model or subsequent procurement yet.
