Cadent is seeking information on solutions to support its Occupational Health function, including case management, confidential clinical records, appointment scheduling, and workflow management.
The current system has been in place for five years and relies heavily on manual processes and workarounds. Suppliers are therefore invited to describe their organisation's capabilities and approach to addressing these challenges.

Current State
Cadent's current Occupational Health system is characterised by the following:
Workflow and case management processes are heavily dependent on administrative input, with manual steps required to manage and progress cases
High levels of manual effort are required to maintain records and manage workloads
Reporting capability is limited, with outputs requiring manual extraction and manipulation
Appointment booking and diary management require significant administrative input, with limited visibility of utilisation
Confidential record keeping and report sharing rely on manual controls and processes
Auditability and compliance are more difficult to demonstrate due to reliance on manual processes
Data quality risks exist due to manual handling, and generating insights requires additional manipulation
