Description
The purpose of this tender is to procure a comprehensive finance and HR system that will modernise, streamline, and integrate the organisation’s core finance and HR operations. The required solution must provide end‑to‑end functionality across purchase to pay, sales ledger, nominal ledger, cashbook, budgeting, forecasting, HR, payroll and reporting. We are seeking a scalable, secure, and user‑centred system that supports digital transformation, improves service delivery for customers, enhances operational efficiency, and enables data‑driven decision‑making. The successful supplier will deliver the software, implementation services, data migration, training, and ongoing support necessary to ensure a smooth transition and long‑term suitability. The Contract will be for an initial term of 5 years extendable in up to two periods of up to 5 years, giving a total including full extensions of up to 15 years (the Term). Abri expect individual extensions to consist of 3-4 years but may extend for 5 years where seen fit and providing suitable value.
