Description
The contract will encompass, but is not limited to, the supply, installation, operation and removal of professional sound reinforcement systems, stage and architectural lighting, control systems, and all associated technical infrastructure required to deliver high-quality event production. The successful supplier will also be expected to provide experienced technical personnel to manage all aspects of audio and lighting delivery, including design, setup, live operation, and de-rig.
Through the delivery of a professional, reliable, and high-quality service, the appointed supplier will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and successful execution of event production requirements. This includes adherence to all relevant health and safety standards, technical specifications, and event schedules, while contributing to an engaging and high-quality audience experience across a diverse programme of Council events.
The supplier will be required to work collaboratively with Council officers, event managers, and other contractors to ensure seamless integration with wider event infrastructure and production elements.
