AHDB requires a supplier to deliver a high-volume, professional catering operation at SIAL Paris 2026, supporting 18 coexhibitors
and a central hospitality area. The service must showcase the quality of British beef, lamb, and pork through approximately 2,500-2,650 high-quality sample servings, delivered via two alternating fusion-style menus. The supplier will be responsible for full kitchen operations, including pre-event preparation, on-site cooking, staffing, and service delivery, alongside bar and barista services for visitors. They must provide all non-meat ingredients, equipment, tableware, and staffing, while managing food safety, storage, and service flow. The operation must ensure efficient,
professional delivery across the exhibition, with daily reporting, strong coordination with the stand team, and the flexibility to scale volumes as required.
