Description

The University of Bristol intends to procure in the near future, the next iteration of a contract for Animal Carcass Waste and Disposal services. The University wishes to identify UK based providers to determine the size of the market and supplier capabilities in this category which will help to determine its procurement strategy and develop a tender list. The waste material would cover of all sizes of animal. The work would include collection of waste from at least two sites approximately 15 miles apart. To be included in the review, your company must be a UK registered Waste Carrier providing all of these services in house or a majority in house with limited subcontracting. Interested providers should respond via the email address shown in this notice quoting this notice title and reference number. In your response, please provide full company details including: - Full company details including registered companies house number where applicable - Geographical areas covered - A description of services provided identifying which, if any part that is subcontracted - Information on range of contracts managed and their estimated value per year - Full contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number Responses must arrive no later than the closing date for this notice (31/10/2025). After the closing date, responses will be reviewed by the University to determine next steps. This notice is not a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works. The University is not obliged to follow up this enquiry with any interested parties in any way and it is not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any party. A response to this notice does not guarantee an invitation to participate in any subsequent competition.
