UK SBS FM16155 Electrical Maintenance

CEH is tasked with maintaining the working condition of its estate. At Wallingford there are additional challenges when the site is made up of buildings from different decades. The site has had condition surveys completed to assess the quality and life span of its fabric, plant and internal furnishings and fixings. To allow is the flexibility to meet the NERC requirements are the condition and upkeep of the site I need to raise an order to the value of £80k to cover a variety of electrical works over the next 2 years. This will include but are not exclusive to: - • Distribution Board upgrades • RCD replacement and testing • Emergency light repairs • New electrical wiring installation • Remedial works to the building • Lighting modifications • Data Cable installation Further details are available in the specification section of the ITQ.
