The purpose of this OJEU compliant restricted tender exercise was to select a service provider whose provision of high quality Security Services represented value for money combined with the ability to identify and implement service efficiencies across the Trust. The contract was awarded for a 5 year period with 2 x 12 month extension options. The values shown in this notice included the extension options.
