Description
Broadacres Housing Association (Broadacres) requires the provision and implementation of an integrated finance system. This procurement exercise seeks software as a service implementation from a support partner that can integrate new finance software to Broadacres existing systems as detailed in Annex 1. The procurement seeks implementation and integration of a system/software to support all aspects of the finance function at Broadacres Housing Association. Bids will first be considered on a YES/NO compliant bid basis that assesses financial viability and legal adherence. Submissions will then be measured against criteria of quality, experience, innovation, and cost to determine a preferred partner based on what is then considered the most economically advantageous tender.
