The Council is seeking to engage a supplier for the upgrade of the paths in in Addiscombe Railway Park and Lloyd Park. The project is to replace (layover the top of) the existing footpath with a new more stable and suitable one for cyclist, walkers, wheelchair users and those with mobility disabilities.
