Provision of Bus Stations MTS and Oyster Ticket Stop Survey - research is conducted using ‘mystery shopping’ techniques to monitor standards of service and highlight any areas where improvements can be made. The research provides data for performance measurement and target setting giving TfL management and Contractors the ability to monitor and improve the customer experience.
