Provision of Staff and Information Survey (SIS), where research is conducted using ‘mystery shopping’ techniques to monitor standards of service and highlight any areas where improvements can be made. The research provides data for performance measurement and target setting giving TfL the ability to monitor and improve service standards and the customer experience.
