Stafford Borough Council (SBC) is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company for the design, supply and installation of a concrete wheeled sports facility including for all necessary ground works, surfacing, landscaping (ground contouring around the skate facility), and reinstatement. The Council is procuring, under a separate contract, the redevelopment of Westbridge Park. It is intended that these main works will be undertaken at the same time as the Wheeled Sports Facility and the successful applicant for the main contract will be appointed to act as the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015
