Futures Housing Group Ltd is looking to outsource and expand its customer feedback programme, and is looking for a research agency with prior experience and qualified expertise in running this on-going customer satisfaction programme. The programme needs to accurately represent the customer voice within Futures Housing, which can stand up to scrutiny from auditors and regulators. The research agency needs to be able to develop a partnership with the Group that will eventually support the training and transitioning from a completely outsourced function to sharing the function with an in-house team in the longer term.
