CC23003 MFD (Multi-Functional Devices)

***THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*** This procurement is being concluded following a direct award allowable under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6174 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision Lot 2 UK SBS has a managed print solution implemented across various locations within the UK. The current agreement ends on 17th June 2023. There's a requirement to replace the existing agreement. All devices must be ready for use by 18th June 2023. There are currently 56 printers positioned across UK SBS and UKRI location and the objective is to provide an efficient and effective printing solution to UK SBS and its in-scope clients in Polaris House, Newport, Billingham and London offices. This requirement will include initially reducing the number of devices required and also the provision of a flexible service so that UK SBS can easily increase or decrease the number of devices according to need at any point during the remaining term of the Contract. The duration of the Contract is 3 years with no option to extend.
