1849/360/EML/NW/17 Ultrasonic Wire Bonding System The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for the provision of an ultrasonic wire bonding system on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, North West Group in Preston , Lancashire. Scope of Requirement The objective is to procure a ultra-sonic wire bonding system suitable for the bonding of copper and aluminium wires in battery modules for automotive, aerospace, space and domestic energy storage applications.
