Description
The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers (\"Potential Suppliers\") for the provision of the South Wight Locality Feasibility Study. The project aims to deliver a co-located health and wellbeing hub to serve the South Wight locality, incorporating a range of leisure, public health and wellbeing support services and acting as a catalyst for the regeneration of the Bay area. The Isle of Wight Council is seeking to commission an innovative multi-disciplinary design team to undertake a feasibility study for the development of a South Wight Locality Hub in Sandown: a key site in the Isle of Wight One Public Estate Programme. The feasibility study should explore a range of innovative volumetric and programmatic options that will enhance the site and assess three agreed options in more detail.
