Description
The purpose of this tender is to identify and appoint a contractor for the supply of multi-functional devices (MFD), whilst operating a managed print service, in line with the University's staff and student printing requirements. The University wishes to lease the MFDs for the duration of the contract and requires the Contractor to provide all consumables (i.e. toners and staples, does not include paper). The University's current contract will expire at the end of July 2020. The supplier is expected to implement the smooth transition of the new fleet of devices within a dedicated timeframe set out in the specification.
