Residential Summer Deep Cleaning

The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver residential deep cleaning services for student accommodation blocks and associated communal areas. The deep cleaning requirements will cover multiple accommodation blocks and are scheduled to take place during the summer period, specifically from 23rd June 2025 to 4th July 2025, to prepare approximately 500-700 rooms for short-term conference guest arrivals. This includes cleaning en-suite bedrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Final room, kitchen, and communal area numbers will be confirmed following clarification of all bookings in March 2025.
