Description
Cherwell District Council, South Northamptonshire Council (collectively known as the Authorities) are seeking a joint procurement for the Provision of a compliant HR\Payroll System via the Restricted Procedure, and OJEU Prior Information Notice #2016/S 250-461669 was published dated 23rd December 2016. Currently HR services are managed internally across both Authorities for approximately 700 FTE internal staff. We process Payroll for approximately 1150 employees monthly and approximately 1800 additional payslips throughout the year on an ad hoc basis. The payrolls align to six different PAYE registrations of which two relate to an outsourced payroll solution for an external client.
