PAN1036 - Options Appraisal for Goscote House

Leicester City Council?s Housing Team requires the professional Services of a Surveyor to undertake a condition survey of Goscote House, and appraisal with the following options: ? Cost of full refurbishment based on existing layout ? Cost of refurbishment based on reconfiguration (options for conversion from bedsits to 2/3/4 bedroomed accommodation to be included) ? Market Value ? Options for disposal The Supplier would be expected to complete a fully detailed condition survey report of Goscote House covering all areas but not limited to: Structural Integrity, Services, Asbestos, Fire Safety Regulations, Ventilation and Windows. This list in not exhaustive. Suppliers should ensure all areas are covered needed to confirm the validity of the costed options.
