PAN3378 - 86 Leycroft Road Refurbishment Work

Leicester City Council (LCC) wishes to appoint civil and structural engineering services from RIBA Stage 2 to 5 to deliver the scheme below: Reinstatement of the fire-damaged section of the building and facility, to provide a fully functional workshop for the repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles, plant, machinery and the introduction of MOT and Taxi testing centre, fleet vehicles including HGVs and privately owned vehicles. This will be a Call off from Project Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement (PAN2200)
