Homes England - Debt Management Services

This is a direct award under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Debt Management Services (RM6208) Framework. It is Homes Englands responsibility to manage customer accounts that have used government schemes to assist purchasing their property. Since the introduction of the First Time Buyers Initiative up until the Help to Buy 2 scheme, account holders are contractually obliged to meet the terms and conditions of their equity loan agreement. The contract gives Homes England access to debt management services including analytics and collections.
