Remodel Five Floors to Provide Suitable Student Accommodation - Titan House Hartlepool

This project is to remodel the existing apartments to provide suitable student accommodation and associated communal facilities. This will include the following areas of work: • Fire alarm; • Fire sprinkler system; • Smoke ventilation system (AOV); • Generator; • Soil stacks; • Electrical works; • Heating works; • Water booster kit; • Water services; • Ground floor door entry system; • Remodeling works to create the new accommodation, communal facilities and a rear extension.
