The project is the installation of heating systems replacements / upgrades \r and/ or insulation improvements \r The majority of properties will be occupied during the progress of the \r Works. \r Properties will be handed to the Contractor individually, each based on an \r Order. \r The scope of work to each address is likely to vary slightly depending on \r conditions of the property. The Contractor shall allow in his rates for any \r additional costs in relation to the ad-hoc responsive nature of the \r contract \r No continuity of work can be guaranteed.
