Thirteen - Penrith Road Refurbishment Scheme 2018-19

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake the full refurbishment of Penrith Road flats and communal areas. The contract includes kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, ventilation, signage, decoration, flooring, loft insulation, windows & doors, electrical upgrades, lighting, CCTV, fire detection upgrades, roofline, rainwater and external works package. The Contract is to be undertaken on a Supply & Install basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
