The authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Lead Consultant to manage the design and tender documentation required to procure a build only contractor to refurbish Building 41 to BREEAM 'very good' standard. The term of the contract shall be 20th May 2021 until 20th May 2022. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 11:00 on 6th May 2021. The contract has been awarded 14th May 2021 following evaluation and consensus scoring along with pre award checks. all providers have been supplied feedback.
