SPaTS Framework Lot 1: QA and Accreditation of TRACS4 (2018-2020)

The aim of this task is to provide Highways England with a support service to the QA and Accreditation of the TRACS network condition survey (2017-2021) contract (TRACS4). The survey contract has been awarded to a UK survey contractor, WDM. Particularly, Highways England wishes to establish the tests for the survey, and to undertake testing of TRACS4 survey devices during the TRACS4 surveys to be carried out between January 2018 and February 2020. The Task also provides support to Highways England's reference devices.
