The project aims to identify homes with Party Cavity Walls. Measurements of the heat loss through uninsulated party walls will be taken. The research will also quantify the national distribution of party walls, inherent risks in retrofitting, potential for complications and carbon savings potential. The Invitation To Tender was published on the BEIS Energy Technical Services Framework Lot 20.
