Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of a recruitment application to manage both internal, redeployees and external recruitment activity. The application will need to integrate with our current HR system and manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to the offer of employment including the application, shortlisting, selection, offer and onboarding stages.
