Evaluation Consultancy Services - Take-Home Naloxone Programme

Provision of a consultant or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for provision of evaluation consultancy services in relation to the Take-Home Naloxone (THN) pilot programme. The evaluation of the THN pilot programme delivered at SCAS will aim to assess if, or how effectively, the programme produced change and met its goal of widening the availability of naloxone across the South East, to help reduce preventable premature deaths from heroin and other opioid use. The Contract will commence on 1 November 2023 for a period of 12 months. There is no option to extend this contract.
