Description
UK Shared Business Services Ltd carried out an open competition on behalf of UK Research and Innovation to locate a contracted maintenance provider to repaint the DHC 6 aircraft. The previous publication notice number was FM19327. No compliant bids were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication.
