PS21076 - Specialist Energy Commercial and Financial Adviser for Hydrogen Procurement

**Please note this is an Award Notice and not a call for competition, this Contract has been awarded via CCS RM3824 Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets Dynamic Purchasing System.** The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) had a requirement to appoint a specialist energy commercial and financial advisers to support the delivery of vital low carbon hydrogen work programmes at the heart of the UK Government's commitment to delivering net zero emissions across the economy by 2050. The advisers will be required to work closely with technical and legal advisers and be attentive to policy and delivery links across the teams in the hydrogen business model, hydrogen economy, and hydrogen production to support BEIS design, develop and deliver policies to meet the UK's ambition for 5GW of low carbon hydrogen production capacity by 2030.
