(NU/1645) The Supply of a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour Fumigation Unit For Microbiological Safety Cabinets

The University requires a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour generator unit (and associated accessories) to enable the bio-decontamination by faculty technical staff of several models of class II biological safety cabinet as well as small, enclosed spaces. The required unit will replace an existing Bioquell Clarus L gas generator unit and should be portable to allow the decontamination of cabinets in various campus locations. The expectation is that the supplier will provide the required connectors or adapters to enable interface with existing cabinets that possess an existing 1-inch HPV connector. The scope of the contract is for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour generator unit, including validation of the generator unit for use with 5 different Class II cabinet types, to ensure maximum use across FMS.
