Description
This Award Notice follows the University of Chester running a further competition under the CCS framework agreement RM6174 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision using Lot 2 - Multifunctional print devices (MFDs) print management, digital workflow software for the lease, installation and maintenance of Multi-Functional and Print Room Equipment and Associated Print Services and Supplies at all University of Chester sites. This further competition tender was for an initial period until 31st July 2028 with an option to extend for up to a further two years, (each for a period of 12 months). As permitted under the framework, University of Chester was seeking to appoint a single provider for the lease, installation and maintenance of Multi-Functional and Print Room Equipment and Associated Print Services and Supplies at all University of Chester locations. Please note that all values in this notice have been rounded up for the potential value of the whole contract and the contract dates include the two potential extension periods. The contract was concluded and fully signed 14th July 2025.
