Description
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver a replacement Content Management and Invoice Scanning solution that is integrated with SAP Logistics verification process. The Council process about 80,000 invoices annually - of these, for 2018, 59% were scanned, 23% PDFs and 13% other attachments. The Council requires a new replacement scanner which can be used on-Premise by Council staff to scan invoices received by post. The Council will accept either a cloud hosted solution or an on-Premise Council hosted solution. Providers should detail in the Bidders Response which solution they are proposing.
