Digital Signature Software Soft Market Test

Herefordshire Council have a large number of new commercial contracts with suppliers that are commissioned each year. Each contract needs a signature from the supplier and from Herefordshire Council. At the moment, we use a paper-based system which can be cumbersome in terms of printing to obtain written signatures and we also use electronic signatures which is not managed through any document signing software. Herefordshire Council would like to investigate the options and benefits of using Digital Signature Software for the signing of commercial contracts.
